Operating Procedures for Hydraulic Pressure Testing Machine

1. The instrument needs to be operated by a specially-assigned person.
2. Before use, check the position of the oil pointer of the oil tank and whether the oil pipe is loose.
3. Place the test block, turn the handwheel, and adjust the height of the screw rod to 1-2mm from the upper pressing plate.
4. Turn on the power and start the motor.
5. Close the oil return valve and control the oil delivery valve. When the strength grade is less than C30, take the loading speed of 0.3-0.5Mpa/s. When the strength grade is greater than or equal to C30, take the loading speed of 0.5-0.8Mpa/s; When the test piece is close to damage and begins to deform rapidly, stop adjusting the accelerator of the testing machine until the test piece is damaged.
6. After the test piece is broken, open the oil return valve to make the piston fall back. At this time, the reading indicated by the pointer is the damage load of the test piece, and record it.
7. Clean the debris of the test piece and conduct the next test.
8. After the test, press the stop button to turn off the motor and power supply.
Precautions for use of pressure testing machine:
1. In the daily use of the pressure testing machine, it is necessary to pay attention not to overload the load element and not to be hit hard to ensure the accuracy of the testing machine;
2. Always check whether the upper and lower limit locknuts of the microswitch are loose, and adjust them in time if they are loose;
3. During the pressure test with the pressure tester, the tensile compression direction should be confirmed first, and whether the display compression-tension pull switch or signal lamp is correct;
4. In daily use, do not tamper with the components in the back door of the control box;
5. The testing machine should be installed in a clean, dry house without vibration and corrosive gas, and not in a place with high humidity, so that the accuracy will not be damaged;
6. Check the chain tightness every six months;
7. This testing machine should be operated or supervised by a specially-assigned person to ensure safety;
