Operation steps of bending tester

1. Turn the lever of the bending mechanism to the limit of the left hand side (opposite to the black knob). This action releases the cylindrical tank. Place the required cylinder in the groove, insert the test piece vertically between the cylinder and the pressure roller shaft (the coating faces the bending column), and push it between the clamping device at the lower end. The clamping unit can be adjusted, but during this period, the clamping device should not be fully locked. Pull the black knob, slide the inserted test piece with the clamping unit through the guide roller, so that its position is facing the circular shaft. Then fully lock the black knob to ensure that the clamping unit and test plate are fixed in this position.
2. Turn the screw on the bending rod, the pressure roller will act on the test piece, and the circular shaft will be below. Turn the bending rod until it reaches the limit position on the right side of the instrument. This motion will cause the test piece to bend around the selected circular axis.
3. The bending process should be carried out in a smooth motion, with a time of 1-2 seconds.

10. Batch test: the test of a batch of samples can be completed in sequence after the test with the same parameters is set at one time;

Automatic diagnosis: the system has the automatic diagnosis function, and regularly checks the measuring system and drive system for overvoltage, overcurrent and overheating, and stops immediately in case of abnormal conditions;
