This testing device is designed and manufactured according to ISO16047-2005 "Fasteners-Torque/Clamp Force Testing" and GB/T50205-2020 "Standard for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Steel Structure Engineering" requirements. It can test the axial force, torque, torque coefficient of high-strength bolt assemblies with large hexagon heads (M16, M20, M22, M24, M27, M30), as well as the preload force of torsional shear type high-strength bolt assemblies (M16, M20, M22, M24, M27, M30) (this test requires a specially equipped torsional shear wrench). The results can be displayed and printed. After the test begins, it automatically loads; when the axial force reaches the standard specified value, it automatically unloads, and the device automatically records the test data.
